Our philosophy
Our philosophy is based on respecting the environment we create in. We work with local producers, artisans, and service providers, and prioritize materials, flavors, and knowledge that originates from the Soča Valley. We believe that true luxury is created through an authentic connection with this place, its people, and its way of life.
The estate
The Zen Emerald estate lies directly by the Soča River, one of the rare rivers in the world whose waters retain an intense emerald hue. Meadows, forest paths, open views of the green landscape, wooden platforms along the riverbank and a secluded beach create an environment where you can fully relax in the embrace of great outdoors.
The architecture
The architecture of Zen Emerald pays homage to tradition, Mother Nature, and our local environment. Our use of natural materials as well as our attention to detail and deliberate space design create a harmonious whole that respects out heritage and subtly adds to its story. Its character was greatly influenced by the talented local artisans and creators, who contributed their skill and knowledge of the environment to help shape a space with a strong identity.
