An experience inspired by the Soča River
Aesontius is the Roman name for the Soča—the river that has shaped this valley for millennia. Our Finnish and bio-herbal saunas, a heated outdoor pool with a view, and a resting area offering stunning panoramic views of our surroundings form a whole designed for deep relaxation. The wellness area is open to Zen Emerald guests and external visitors over the age of 18.
Saunas
The Finish sauna works through intense dry heat that stimulates the body and calms the mind. The bio-herbal sauna offers a gentler experience: herbal aromas and lower temperatures that deepen relaxation and positively affect wholesome wellbeing. Together they form a well-rounded experience complemented by the resting area with a view of the surrounding nature.
After the saunas, you are greeted by the impeccably designed ambiance of the resting area with breathtaking panoramic views.
Massages
Our massages are designed as a personal experience of relaxation and regeneration. In the expert hands of our therapists you can surrender to a classic, sports, or partial massage, or a completely customized treatment.
Outdoor Pool
The heated outdoor pool is nestled in nature, with a direct view of the surrounding forest and landscape. It is designed as a space for rest and quiet relaxation, where water, air, and the surroundings work in harmony.
Access to Wellness Aesontius
Use of the wellness area is included in the price of accommodation for hotel guests during their stay.
The price of a 3-hour wellness ticket for external visitors is 35 EUR/person. This includes use of the saunas, use of the outdoor pool, a towel, and rental of a bathrobe.
